Join us and experience running in one of Onondaga County's natural areas. This is a timed race over a 10 mile course that
may be repeated one, two or three times. Each loop consists of 1380 feet total climb. There will also be a short kids trail run.
This is not a road race, but a trail run
in which you will encounter nature, some welcomed and some not. It is possible to sprain ankles, break bones, get stung by insects, and
otherwise get injured. The path is marked with blazes, but you may still become lost momentarily. If this happens, go back! If you have
previously run trail runs, you already know and enjoy these features!
All runners will receive beverages during the event, and refreshments afterwards. Participants are encouraged to pre-regsiter so that
we can determine the amount of food to provide. Highland Forest is located about 3 miles east of Fabius, NY on Route 80. The races start and
