The race start is located next to the Yacht Club in Onondaga Lake Park. Park near the Salt Museum and walk or jog 1/4 mile to the start. The entrance to the park is off of the Onondaga Lake Parkway (Route 370).

Current construction may be blocking the 370 entrance to the Salt Museum parking lot. Follow signs to the Village of Liverpool parking lot entrance.

From the South: Take the Liverpool off of I-81 North, north of Syracuse, and follow the signs for Rt. 370. The entrance to Onondaga Lake Park will be on your left just before you enter the Village of Liverpool.

From the East or West: Leave the NYS Thruway Exit 38 and make an immediate right onto Rt. 57. Follow this road through the village of Liverpool, and stay in the right lane and follow the signs for Rt. 370. Turn into the park's entrance on the right.

From the North: Take the NYS Thruway exit off of I-81 South, and head west (Buffalo). Leave the Thruway at Exit 38, and follow the instructions above.
