Course: All courses are flat, fast and accurate, and are on the footpath (dedicated wheels path) along the lake. Markers along the side of the path indicate turnaround points. Water and times are provided at the end of the race. Park at the Salt Museum and walk 1/4 mile to the Yacht Club, where the race begins. Onondaga Lake Park is Onondaga County's most popular park, so please be aware of others as you run, and observe the rules provided by clicking on the button to the left.
