Bethany Hudson – Syracuse Chargers

Bethany Hudson graduated from Daemen College in 2017 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Working in outpatient orthopedics, she specializes in working with runners, dancers, gymnasts, and patients with Parkinson’s Disease. She has been practicing at Upstate since 2019 and currently works at the East Syracuse and Clay offices. She has also been working and coaching at Fleet Feet since 2017 and currently leads a strength and cross training class.

In her free time, Bethany enjoys running, hiking, traveling and doing any activities with her daughter, Laney, and husband, Jon. Bethany is almost always training for a marathon and has completed nine Boston Marathons. She enjoys doing long runs with others to be able to chat and learn about their lives. She enjoys treating runners because she loves helping them get back to the things they love to do and hopefully avoid injuries in the future!
