Free Registration at the track for all from 5:00-5:30pm with first running event starting at 5:30pm

Order of Events - Meet #1

  • HH (13 & under = 55m hurdles / 14+ = 100m or 110m)
  • 100m (13& under = 55m dash)
  • One mile
  • 200m
  • 200H
  • 800m
  • 3000m
  • Long Jump / Triple Jump High Jump
  • Pole Vault *
  • Shot Put / Discus / Javelin / Weight Throw *
  • Hammer Throw  *

* Notes

  • Throwers must bring their own implements.
  • Vaulters must bring their own certified poles.
  • We will try to accommodate all throws and all throwers within reason (you must have experience in terms of safety).
  • Throwers MUST assist in marking/measuring and recording in order to be allowed to throw.
